Hospitals/Care Facilities | $25 (plus travel fees)

After Hours (after 7pm) | $50 (plus travel fees)

Weekends/Holidays (Saturday, Sunday, Holidays | $75 (plus travel fees)

Parking | Will be added to travel fee if applicable

Acknowledgements | $5 ($1 for each additional signature)

Affidavits | $5 ($1 for each additional signature)

Oath or Affirmation | $5 ($1 for each additional signature)

Witness Signature | $5 ($1 for each additional signature)

I-9 Signature | $75

Loan Signings| $150 and up

Piggy Back Loan | $35

Travel and Non-closing fee | $100

Black/White | $.25 per page

Priority Mail of Documents | $30 per package (tracking number will be sent via email/text message)
