COVID-19: ALL OF OUR NOTARIES HAVE BEEN PRE-SCREENED AND FOLLOWING ALL
CDC, STATE AND LOCAL RECOMMENDATIONS FOR PERSONAL SANITATION.
As a precautionary health measure against the COVID-19 pandemic and in correspondence with government and health care officials,
ILS Mobile Printing will be implementing the following changes until further notice:
Upon arrival notary and client(s) will refrain from any physical contact such as handshakes while keeping a healthy 6 ft. distance at all times. Notary will be wearing a mask and/or gloves for notary and client protection.
Both notary and client(s) will be required to use hand sanitizer prior to beginning and at the completion of each signing. Hand sanitizer will be made available by notary. Otherwise handwashing will be required.
All bags and notarial equipment and supplies will be disinfected before and after every signing.
Any client with a positive test result and/or showing or experiencing any symptoms of a COVID-19, a cold, the flu or who feels they may have been exposed to COVID-19, a cold or the flu to please reschedule IMMEDIATELY.
Symptoms may appear 2-14 days after exposure to the virus. People with these symptoms may have COVID-19:
Fever or chills
Cough
Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing
Fatigue
Muscle or body aches
Headache
New loss of taste or smell
Sore throat
Congestion or runny nose
Nausea or vomiting
Diarrhea
***Look for emergency warning signs for COVID-19. If someone is showing any of these signs, seek emergency medical care immediately:
Trouble breathing
Persistent pain or pressure in the chest
New confusion
Inability to wake or stay awake
Bluish lips or face
Call your medical provider for any other symptoms that are severe or concerning to you.
